Documents and Customs
The Netherlands is an EU member: customs formalities take place at the EU border, clearance happens in Ukraine. We issue the CMR waybill and, if needed, T1 and the EUR.1 certificate. You provide the invoice and packing list from the supplier, or the documents for the port cargo.
